Cancellation & Refund Policy

Being a business, we understand the fact that a person's travel arrangements may need to be adjusted because of emergencies in his/her personal life, unexpected scheduling problems, or change in the expectations of visitors. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outline the general principles governing booking cancellations, bookings and changes to travel services.

Conditions for cancellation and refunds will be determined by the policies of the airline(s), hotel(s), travel agent(s) and service partner(s) involved in the booking.

Cancelling Your Order

Should you wish to cancel your order, which can be cancelled, please, get in touch with Travelotips.com. All cancellation requests adhere to the fare rules, policies of the supplier and the time of the request.

The travel services may be:

  • Fully refundable.
  • Partially refundable.
  • Non-refundable.
  • A Cancellation charge applies

Decisions about the cancellation terms of our suppliers are not made by us. We will follow their terms, as well as the cancellation terms of hotel, airline, and travel partners' suppliers.

Refund of Your Travel Order

In the event of a possibility of a refund, the travel supplier is responsible for issuing the refund, except in the case when the fare of the ticket you bought is a promotional or discount one, thus making it impossible for you to obtain a refund or travel to the place of departure of your travel.

The time to get a refund can vary based on how you paid, how you bank, airline policies or verification by the supplier. Refunds will take a few business days after approval.

Refunds may not count toward an amount of the following:

  • Service charges.
  • Processing fees.
  • Airline penalties.
  • Non-refundable taxes.
  • Administrative charges.

Flight Cancellation Policy

Flight cancellation terms depend on the airline fare terms only. Some promotional or discount tickets may not be transferable and/or non-refundable. Please check airline policies before you make your reservations.

Weather-related, technical or operational delays or cancellations, or government restrictions, continue to be the responsibility of the airline.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Conditions for each hotel cancellation policy differ according to Hotels Terms, Room Types, Destination and Booking Conditions. There are some hotels within a designated period of cancellation that will not charge for cancellations. Hotel cancellation policies apply if you have a hotel booking.

No Show Policy

The non-appearance because of the non-utilization of travel services without cancellation will be treated as a no show. Refunds will not be given for no shows under such circumstances.

Changes and Modifications

Travel changes such as date changes, traveler name corrections and itinerary changes are contingent upon availability and supplier approval.

Travelotips.com will do whatever possible to help customers with any modification requests but the final decision rests with the relevant service provider.

Exceptions

If the cancellation is made because of an exceptional event, then the airline's and travel supplier's policies will be followed during the period of the cancellation.

Travelotips.com is not responsible for the approval of a refund in the event that the situation is controlled by a third-party provider.
